Tadeu Monte is specialised in Urban and Rural Territorial Planning oriented to sustainable socio-economic development, with extensive experience in tourism destination management (DMO), activation of visitor flows and international fundraising. With more than 20 years of experience, he stands out in projects carried out with the public and private sectors, always with a focus on the transformation of territories through tourism. He works in the strengthening of public management, the formulation of development policies and strategic consultancy for the economic viability, repositioning and growth of tourism ventures. 

Carlos Cappelini holds a master's degree in tourism and hospitality from UNIVALI (Balneário Camboriú - Brazil) and has been working in the sector for more than two decades. He is managing partner of Girus Soluções em Turismo, a company recognised nationally for its contribution to the development of smart destinations. His track record includes the development of strategic plans, market studies and implementation of solutions aimed at sustainability, innovation, mobility and enhancement of tourism assets. With an important liaison role between the public and private sectors, it has contributed to the formulation of effective public policies and the strengthening of destination management throughout Brazil.
