The tourism innovation summit has successfully certified its commitment to sustainability and its contribution in the ongoing work on the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals established in the 2030 Agenda
The Tourism Innovation Summit (CIT) 2023 has the Biosphere certification for the event that will take place from 18 to 20 October 2023 in Seville. This congress brings together tourism experts, destinations and industry professionals to share initiatives, experiences and successful solutions in the tourism sector.
The leading summit in tourism innovation, which has the Biosphere Certified seal, shows its efforts in terms of sustainability and its progress towards achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
In this way, the event reaffirms its commitment to sustainability in line with the United Nations 2030 Agenda. The sustainability efforts being carried out include, among other aspects, the commitment to recycling and the reduction of single-use plastics, the promotion of the use of new technologies to encourage sustainable local activities and support for sustainable mobility programmes.
