Bolivia

Architect from the National University of La Plata - Argentina. He has a Master's degree in Environmental and Natural Resources Engineering and a diploma in Latin American Cultural Heritage. He is founder and President of the Dr. Manuel García Capriles Foundation, as well as founder, partner and legal representative of the international ecobiological and academic consulting firm "EcoDreams" of Bolivia.

He is a teacher of university Diplomas, with extensive experience in consulting as part of international cooperation projects of Multilateral Organizations, Public Sector and Private Foundations. He has been a promoter of the Geopark concept in Bolivia since 2014 and was the driving force behind the creation of the First Torotoro Andean Geopark.
