Our certification services are tailored to businesses of any size, and can be requested in 7 different languages. With our Biosphere Sustainable platform, you register information, provide evidence and progress through an assessment process tailored to your organisation's activity, resources and capabilities. For €359/year, for the applicable scope of the Biosphere Scheme, you obtain the annual third-party external audit services, 100% online, with:

Is your company located in a Destination with Biosphere certification? Some of these destination management bodies may have programmes with discounts or special terms for companies located in their territory. The availability, scope and percentage of this discount depend on the terms provided by the competent manager offering it. Check the programmes available in your location
Register your user, create your entity profile and choose the certification scheme under which you wish to have your actions verified; currently, we offer our certification services only for the Biosphere Scheme of the RTI.
Under the Biosphere Scheme, choose at least one activity for each Starter and document your initiatives (photos, invoices, videos, etc.). The platform will guide you on the documentation that may be required in each case.
By paying €359/year, you can apply for a third-party audit and obtain Biosphere Committed status, the entry-level certification. To be awarded this status, you must have demonstrated compliance with the minimum criteria for this level.
In the Biosphere Scheme, the levels are cumulative. At the Committed level, you will gain access to a wider range of activities linked to the 17 SDGs. Once you have met the minimum criteria, you can apply for the 100% online audit for the Biosphere Certified level.

€359 per year per business unit. All services are included, with no surprises or additional costs during the year. You can pay your subscription by credit or debit card. In the case of chains and groups, please note that each entity (business unit) must take out its own individual subscription and pass its own audit process, with each unit within the group obtaining certification individually, rather than as a single entity subscribing to a corporate package, product or service bundle.
The audit for the Committed level covers the first set of criteria (Biosphere Starters) and may take up to 15 days; the certification audit covers the full scope of the Biosphere Standard and may take up to 25 working days. In both cases, these are external third-party audits, and the times stated are the maximum periods granted to the audit team; in other words, they may be completed in less time, but must not exceed these maximum periods.
Yes, you can register, view the basic activities in the Starters catalog and work on your plan at no cost and with no time limit. If you then want to complete your subscription, all your information and progress will be kept on the platform so that you don't lose your work after the trial.
Yes, you can invite as many users as you need at no additional cost, even during the trial period! You decide which people to give access and co-management permissions to your profile.
You have up to 3 attempts per year at no additional cost, included in your annual subscription time.
No. The Biosphere system is designed for you to work continuously on your sustainability plan and through the digital platform provided for it. You will have multiple functionalities and monitoring panels and progress of your efforts, and you will receive your audit reports through the tool itself.
