Doctor of Philosophy and a professor graduated from East China Normal University. He has received many titles throughout his career, such as the title of Youth Expert of tourism industry by Sichuan Tourism Administration and the title of Tourism Elite Expert by China Ministry of Tourism, and has worked in China Ministry of Tourism as well as for Sichuan Province Tourism Administration.

Expert in the study and management of tourism, with recognized participation in 2 national natural science funds on tourism, chairing more than 8 ministerial tourism research projects. Among others, he has developed research projects of Sichuan provincial government as well as regional tourism development planning.

With a bachelor's degree in advertising planning and a master's degree in marketing research, he has provided services and consulting for large listed companies in China and abroad. He has more than 12 years of experience in marketing, promotion, consumer product design and branding. In addition, he has been involved in analyzing the policy environment and designing products and services that meet market demand by improving competitiveness, promoting the integrated development of industry and tourism, and helping the destination establish a good tourism brand image.

As the business development director of Biosphere China, he is responsible for the company's development in China and RTI product design in China, providing services for destinations and related enterprises.
